Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Corepack Tester / Repair Operator for the Bartlett, IL facility. This 2nd shift role runs from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (with possible extension to 2:00 AM) and offers $18.40 per hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting rubber seals, loading/unloading automated machines, and performing quality checks on coolant and vent ports. Candidates should have mass spectrometer experience, strong English skills, and a safety- and quality-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must pass entry test at 70% and have experience with mass spectrometer and visual inspection.
• English reading, speaking and comprehension required.
• Safety-oriented, punctual, reliable, good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check condition of rubber seals and determine if replacement is necessary.
• Operate automated machines: load/unload parts and monitor for malfunctions.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues or malfunctions.
• Perform quality inspections on coolant ports and vent ports; rework weld spatters if found.
• Visually inspect components for flex and use finger sander to make repairs as needed.
• Use compressed air to blow out excess water.
• Complete quality recording forms for Underwater test station.
