Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator and Production worker for a Bolingbrook, IL automotive accessories manufacturer. The role is on-site and first shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday with weekends as required.

You will handle assembling, labeling, packaging, and quality checks while following safety and paperwork procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand and cutting tools.
• Ability to lift and transfer materials safely.
• Willingness to complete paperwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand and cutting tools.
• Prepare and finish car mats including hand trimming.
• Fill out all required paperwork.
• Lift and transfer raw materials, finished products, and packed materials from conveyors and tables.
• Assemble parts, place labels on products, and package products.
• Ensure all quality standards are met.
