Job summary

Pacific Cheese is seeking a Production Operator on 2nd shift in Reno. You will manage trim output, monitor consumption, and verify data using Navision while ensuring quality and correct equipment calibration. The role involves keeping accurate records and supporting continuous production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least one year as a machine operator, six months forklift experience, and a reliable, proactive attitude. A driver’s license may be required, and Spanish is a plus.

• At least ONE YEAR as a Machine Operator.
• Six months of forklift experience or more.
• Driver's license may be required.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping for trim output and Navision consumption; print tracking reports and verify data.
• Record keeping for power consumption; print Navision tracking reports and verify data.
• Quality assurance and contaminant inspections of the line.
• Calibrate Urschel heads according to product specs.
• Ensure associates rework product when needed.
• Replace standard machinery parts when necessary.
