Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a Production Operator to support our manufacturing client on the 2nd shift. You will set up lines, perform changeovers, and verify readiness to meet daily output goals.

Responsibilities include operating machinery per work instructions, inspecting and testing product quality, and accurately recording production data and any issues in required forms or systems.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly or electonics manufacturing experience (, not required).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform line setup, changeovers, and verification checks to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Operate machinery, equipment, and tools according to work instructions.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Inspect, test, and verify product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Accurately record production data, counts, non-confirming material and any issues on required forms or systems.
