Job summary

Wellness Pet Company is seeking a Production Operator II to manage packaging of treats and related products on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2 PM–10:30 PM with OT and weekends as needed. Expect close teamwork, safe operation of equipment, and documentation duties.

This full-time position requires high school education or equivalent and delivers a strong benefits package including medical, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with packaging equipment.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mix, produce, and package products according to production schedules and company standards.
• Safely operate all machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety rules.
• Complete safety, quality and production documentation accurately.
• Assist in training new employees and support process improvements.
