Job summary

Wellness Pet Company in Minnesota is seeking a Production Operator II to join our full-time manufacturing team. You will handle processing and packaging of treats and blended products, fulfill customer orders, and support cleaning and organization tasks to maintain safety and quality.

You will work 2nd shift, Monday–Friday 2 PM–10:30 PM with OT and weekends as needed, and you will use a computer to enter performance data and print paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Works well in a team and communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging lines for treats and blended products.
• Fulfill customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Safely operate machinery and report any issues to leadership.
• Clean and organize work areas according to the schedule.
• Assist in training new staff and support process improvements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards and complete required documentation.
