Job summary

Wellness Pet LLC is seeking a Production Operator II in Minnesota to handle processing, packaging, and fulfillment of treats and blended products. The role requires attention to quality and food safety, and collaboration with team leads for on-time customer orders.

You will operate production equipment, maintain clean work areas, and assist in process improvements while following safety and documentation practices. Third shift expectations and OT are included as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Regularly stand, sit, bend, reach and move about the facility.
• Exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.

Responsibilities

• Mix, produce and package products per schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Safely operate all machinery required for daily duties.
• Identify and help resolve system breakdowns and drive process improvements.
• Complete safety, quality and production documentation accurately.
• Operate production equipment in assigned area and meet daily targets.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety rules.

Position Summary

Production Operator II is a full time hourly position responsible for processing and packaging of treats blended products and meat fulfilling customer orders cleaning organizing and assisting in other areas as needed

Duties and Responsibilities
