Quanex is hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd Shift in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Join a structured, growth-minded manufacturing team and contribute to extrusion line operations, changeovers, quality checks, and packing.

This role offers a competitive starting hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with a $21 base hourly rate plus a $2.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Perform changeovers, pack components, and perform quality checks on extrusion lines.
• Follow safety procedures and use safety devices.
• Follow standard work procedures for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Performs changeovers, packs components, and quality checks, to meet production standards and quality requirements on extrusion lines.
• Follows all safety procedures, utilizes safety devices and identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
• Follows standard work procedures for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
