Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. in Sharonville, OH seeks a First Shift Union Production Operator Pre-Kitter to secure raw materials and prepare/pack products in a safe, efficient environment.

You will measure and kit raw materials, scan and weigh chemicals, operate a sit-down forklift, maintain logs, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. This role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a chemical plant.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Ability to operate a forklift (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, and kit raw materials for production batches.
• Receive, weigh, scan, and stage chemicals with accurate mixing ratios.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and select products for outbound orders.
• Maintain daily logs and production data, follow safety procedures.
• Report safety issues and ensure proper inventory tracking.
