Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. (NPAA) is seeking candidates for 2nd shift manufacturing opportunities. The role involves operating filling equipment, forklift operation, and adherence to SOPs with opportunities to contribute on improvement teams.

Qualifications

• Follows and adheres to Company SOPs, batch tickets, and process sheets.
• Follows and adheres to Company Safety Policies.
• Operates equipment used to fill batches: Automated Pail Filling Room, scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps, filling machines, etc.
• Fills finished goods into proper containers per customer IDs and labels containers.
• Operates forklift to move materials.
• Participates on improvement teams and submits ideas.
• Identifies potential off-quality products and initiates corrective actions.
• Utilizes SAP, Microsoft Access Database, & Microsoft Office to complete orders in the SPP process.
• Maintains housekeeping within production areas.
• Maintains all equipment.
• Performs job activities in Operations areas outside of SPP as required.
• Moves waste from generation point to 90-day Storage Area.
• Properly closes and labels waste containers using NPAA procedures.

Responsibilities
