Grammer AG, a global partner to the automotive industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator in the United States. You will operate production machinery, inspect finished products, and help maintain safe, efficient processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Core schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work; benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to handle shift variations and overtime.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standards and protocols.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specs.
• Monitor machines and ensure processes run to standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per regulations.
• Conduct quality control tests and remove defects.
• Collaborate with operators to meet targets and efficiency.
• Participate in training to improve performance.
• Load and unload items from machines and racks.
• Ensure manufacturing processes follow safety and efficiency guidelines.
