The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Production Operator to work at our food processing facility in Newberry, SC! Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements, suggestions, and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality-oriented, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards.

We offer a variety of benefits depending on your choice, including:

• Hourly pay starting at $18.70 - $20.70 per hour.
• A $2.00 shift differential for second shift.

Work Schedule:

Second Shift 5:00pm – 5:00am (Monday – Thursday)

*Overtime may also be required*

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Pass all certification courses for these positions and perform tasks at line speeds, maintaining quality & costs.
• Participate in all QCD team activities.
• Be able to lift 40lbs overhead repeatedly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or leader.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work on all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Workdays may vary weekly based on production needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• If not meeting preferred requirements, 1-2 years of continuous work experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
