Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is hiring a full-time Production Area Material Handler (2nd Shift) at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will store and pull parts to support SMT operations, move assemblies between operations, and obtain materials as required.

Responsibilities include pulling from ASRS, returning unused material, maintaining part ID and moisture-sensitive storage, and delivering items to Production Associates. Safety and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pull material from ASRS as required.
• Return unused material to ASRS.
• Maintain part number identification and moisture-sensitive storage.
• Move production assemblies between operations on the factory floor.
• Deliver floor-issued items and commonly used consumables.
• Support inventory snapshot during Engineering Change Orders.
• Comply with Garmin attendance and DOT requirements.
