Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Production Materials Group Lead for the General Motors Manufacturing Plant in Spring Hill, TN. You will supervise production and production-support activities, drive safety, productivity, and accurate recordkeeping, and report performance metrics to the customer on a daily/weekly basis.

The role requires understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, direct supervision of employees, and adherence to location policies.

Responsibilities

• The Production Materials Group Lead is responsible for the production or production support areas of assigned work group(s) in a manufacturing operation.

• Provides direct supervision of employees and ensures compliance with company and location policies, procedures and work instructions.
