Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S knowledge.
• Strong safety and OSHA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met safely and on time.
• Plan staffing, workflow, and priorities to maximize productivity.
• Monitor metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Maintain records, inventory transactions, and documentation.
• Coach and develop production staff and manage budgets/resources.
