Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, with ten years of directly-related experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of PC usage including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage subordinate managers supervising fabrication and assembly.
• Directs overall department operations and personnel actions.
• Plan production schedules and optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead training, hiring, and performance evaluations.
