Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead fabrication and assembly operations. You will supervise subordinate managers, plan production, and drive safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a related bachelor’s degree, and substantial experience with PC tools (MS Office) and Axapta or similar systems. This full-time role offers strong benefits and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced PC usage including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience using Axapta or similar program.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage subordinate managers who supervise employees in fabrication and assembly areas.
• Plan production operations, priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Review production orders and capacity data to plan department operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, schedule attainment, cost reduction, productivity and engagement.
