Job summary

House Of Raeford Farms Inc in Georgia is seeking a Debone Manager to oversee the Debone Department’s daily operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. You will lead supervisors and hourly staff, coach performance, and report on department productivity in a fast-paced, cold food production setting.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to USDA/HACCP/GMP standards, and effective cross‑functional collaboration with QA, Maintenance and HR.

Qualifications

• Multilingual communication preferred; Spanish or other languages spoken by the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Debone Department.
• Ensure production goals and yields are met while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor labor, staffing, and productivity to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce USDA, HACCP, GMP and food safety regulations.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment following OSHA and company safety policies.
• Train, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide corrective coaching as needed.
• Maintain accurate production reports and department records.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HR and other departments for smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve production or employee issues promptly.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
