Job summary

Sibelco Group in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Production Line Worker for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm). You will operate on a production line, inspect materials, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, clear communication, and the physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks. Training provided; good benefits and long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials on a production line, standing for extended periods.
• Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality.
• Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors.
