Rockwell Automation seeks a Production Supervisor for the Ladysmith, WI location to provide supervision on the 2nd shift for a team of 15-20 employees. You will oversee the Molding department, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and lead capacity planning and continuous improvement projects in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, implement production policies, and manage resource planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 15-20 employees across 2nd shift and multiple work areas.
• Maintain and enforce safe work practices.
• Plan and coordinate production order transitions between shifts and departments.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Communicate production requirements and status and resolve issues.
• Develop resource plans based on order demand and capacity.
