Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing operations or related field.
• Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
