We’re looking for a Production Manager who knows how to bring people, processes, and priorities together. In this role, you’ll lead the operational performance of assigned departments, ensuring production runs safely, meets quality expectations, stays on schedule, and delivers results within cost objectives.

If you're a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and turning improvement opportunities into action, we'd like to talk.

Here’s Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Keep Operations on Track: Lead manufacturing activities to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
  • Connect the Dots: Work closely with manufacturing, scheduling, manufacturing engineering, and quality to keep teams aligned and customer needs at the forefront.
  • Own Daily Performance: Monitor key operational results, including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory, to ensure production meets business demands.
  • Plan for Success: Assist with developing and executing short- and long-range plans, policies, programs, and objectives for assigned departments.
  • Make Quality a Priority: Maintain manufacturing plans, procedures, and standards that ensure products meet established customer and company requirements.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, scrap reduction, inventory, and preventive maintenance.
  • Lead Through Your Team: Direct and support production supervisors and other areas as needed to achieve manufacturing goals while following established safety and operational procedures.
  • Set Clear Expectations: Establish, implement, and maintain production standards that support consistent department performance.
  • Turn Challenges Into Solutions: Address concerns and complaints constructively, helping resolve issues and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Be a Resource: Provide technical guidance, problem-solving support, and training to help production teams succeed.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated application of Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
