Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing capping, packing, shipment prep, coordinating with engineering and maintenance, and managing schedules while maintaining cGMP compliance. You will lead a team on a 2nd shift, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production or manufacturing leadership required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage time and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to quality, safety, and continuous process improvement.
• Able to lift 10–25 lbs and climb a 3-tier ladder on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor operations with hands-on support for tasks like capping, loading, and palletizing.
• Monitor and optimize production line performance to meet targets.
• Ensure materials and components are available at each line.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage schedules and approve employee absences.
• Communicate goals and performance metrics to the team.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive improvements.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety of production areas.
• Handle incident reporting and timely escalation.
