Responsibilities

• Evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Establish production schedule on 2nd shift to meet customer and shipping deadlines.
• Strive to increase productivity across all product lines.
• Maintain and help enhance Corporate and Plant Safety policies.
• Responsible for training and process improvements on 2nd shift.
