Job summary

Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead our manufacturing team and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will plan material flow, schedule labor, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN principles. This onsite role requires strong teamwork and a focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred; 3 years production experience in a production environment.
• LEAN manufacturing principles experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math; ability to use standard computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing team; provide coaching and direction.
• Plan materials flow and schedule labor and equipment to meet orders.
• Foster relationships to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Interface with maintenance, planning, quality control, accounting, HR and R&D.
• Write SOPs and train staff; ensure safety, quality, and cost control.
