Medline Hartland, WI is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee manufacturing operations, machine operation, changeovers, and safety compliance in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

You will guide a production team, coordinate tasks, review AS400 reports, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring output meets specifications. This on-site role offers a stable schedule and competitive benefits. OT may be required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety processes.
• Ability to read and analyze production reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging.
• Operate equipment, perform changeovers, stage raw materials, and schedule maintenance.
• Establish production standards and quality control metrics; inspect finished goods.
