Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective foam solutions, seeks a 2nd Shift Lead Production in Grandville, MI. You will mentor line staff, coordinate with the Shift Supervisor, and ensure safe, efficient operations on the assembly line.

Responsibilities include training, tracking line metrics, enforcing GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Responsibilities
