• Supervise daily production and shipping activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure employees are safe and properly trained and follow established processes.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customer requirements.
• Review schedules, allocate resources, and adjust priorities to meet demand.
• Document process improvements and update procedures for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Process Team, Purchasing, and Document Control.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
