Mill Haven Foods in New Lisbon, WI is seeking a Production Lead for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM). You will support the supervisor, cover breaks, and help train operators to ensure smooth production lines.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in a food plant setting. Some duties include equipment operation, line leadership, and safety reporting.

We are looking for a Production Lead in New Lisbon, WI.
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM
The Production Lead plays a crucial role in the production process by supporting the supervisor and performing various operator tasks. This includes shift coverage during employee breaks, vacations, and assistance in training other operators. The position requires coordination with the supervisor and ensuring smooth operation of the production line.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in food plant manufacturing preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
