RRD is seeking a Forklift/Hoist Operator 2 in Minnesota to support the plant on a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00am - 7:00pm). You will move finished goods and raw materials, stage products for shipping, and maintain accurate inventory within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must know how high, wide, and long the forklift and its load are.
• Identify doorway/aisle dimensions for safe forklift operation.
• Know storage layout to locate items without detailed instructions.
• Skilled at moving forklifts in tight spaces and stacking.
• Demonstrate advance handling of fork lift controls for precise movements.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
