This on-site, 2nd shift position offers hands-on work with automated equipment, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in a collaborative team. Certifications in forklift and scissor lift are required, with a focus on reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Repair PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Diagnose and fix pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and machine changeovers.
- Interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics for accurate repairs.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and safety practices.
- Readily read to operate powered hand tools and precision measuring devices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to reduce downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, tool changes, and startup/shutdown procedures.
- Read manuals and schematics to complete repairs.
- Rig and move machinery; operate metalworking tools and precision instruments.
- Support facility needs and ERP inventory transactions.
