Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in La Mirada, CA is seeking a reliable Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM). This role supports production operations, ensures quality, and prepares finished goods for shipment.

You will count and inspect products, read schedules, perform quality checks, read gauges, assemble packaging materials, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Overtime opportunities and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Corrugated packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to read production orders and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, and stack finished products per requirements.
• Read and follow orders, production schedules, and product specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and document production records.
• Read gauges and apply basic math to support processes.
• Assemble packaging materials such as foam and corrugated products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines and work areas.
• Apply load tags and report maintenance concerns.
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
