Job summary

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of factory experience, with strong math and communication skills and the ability to train others in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred for Rank A1 & A2; Required for Rank A3 & A4.
• Six months to one year of factory/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good math skills and reasoning ability.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to train others and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to adhere to a strict safety regimen and maintain a safety-conscious environment.
• Familiarity with production documentation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow for machining/assembling parts according to procedures and complete daily production tracking reports.
• Perform quality checks by measuring diameters, depths and grooves as required for the work cell.
• Initiate Trouble Reports and support investigations and countermeasure suggestions.
• Label and approve outgoing inspected parts with packing numbers.
• Participate in TPM activities and Kaizen for process improvement.
• Attend and complete operator training for each Rank and assist others as needed.
