Qualifications

• 2-3 years of stable manufacturing or industrial work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Consistent and dependable attendance record.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing math.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and reporting.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor product quality to ensure specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Accurately enter production, downtime, and maintenance data into computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and maintain production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
