Job summary

Sonoco Jefferson, TX is seeking a Production Associate for the 3pm–11pm second shift. The position pays $19.18/hr plus a $1 shift differential. You will support multiple departments to produce high-quality packaging products safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Get it done attitude with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other departments and teams.
• Troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing situations.
• Make incremental process adjustments and monitor quality of products.
• Learn to set up new jobs and train on other lines.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Perform duties as designated by supervisor/manager.
