Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production quality and report deviations.
• Perform quality checks on raw and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Complete production logs and batch records for traceability.
• Assist in setup, changeover, and cleanup between runs.
• Report food safety or quality concerns to the Production Manager or QA.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to meet production goals.
