Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves performing a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments, and other level‑four or below tasks.

The work area and responsibilities may change daily to fill in for vacations and absences. Production Associates must maintain a clean work area and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be willing to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load or unload trucks as required.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Fill in for vacations and absences as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and meet quality/work standards.
