Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division in Greenville, SC. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks, loading/unloading trucks, and preparing materials and garments for loading, while maintaining a clean work area and meeting quality standards.

The position requires flexibility to fill in for others, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• May handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
• Requires standing for most of a shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Load or unload trucks and prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform other production tasks classified at level four or below as needed to support the business.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
