Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This role participates in loading/unloading trucks, staging materials and garments, and other production tasks. The position requires maintaining a clean area and meeting production standards.

It may fill in for others during vacations and absences. Core requirements include US work authorization, being 18+, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while using PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Must be able to handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Participate in loading or unloading of trucks as directed by shift supervisor.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform production tasks classified at level four or below to support the business.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
• Fill in for other employees during vacations or absences.
