Qualifications

• Experience in production or assembly roles involving layered materials or similar components.
• Able to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Comfort working a four-day schedule (Mon-Thu) on either first or second shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filter components by placing multiple layers of materials onto a rotating assembly table.
• Operate foot-controlled equipment that moves products through the assembly process.
• Monitor the machine as it secures filters and moves them around the table.
• Remove completed filters and transfer to packaging area.
• Package and stack finished products for shipment.
• Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks.
• Support other manufacturing areas as needed, including press operations and cutting machines.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
