Hire Sync is seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates for the 2nd shift to join a precision machining environment. You will perform hands-on tasks, read blueprints, and use basic measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided. The position offers a four‑day workweek with Fridays off, and a competitive pay range with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be hands-on.
• Able to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift.
• Willingness to learn and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks to help produce quality metal components.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Use basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensions and specs.
• Apply basic math to measurements and production tasks.
• Learn manufacturing processes and machine operation through hands-on training.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
