Job summary

Envision Greater Fond du Lac, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Associate to operate and monitor large machines on the 2:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. Training begins on first shift with potential for overtime coverage across all shifts.

Starting pay is $22.85 per hour, rising after training to $23.87–$28.95 per hour depending on job function. Responsibilities include following safety policies, reading orders, performing shop math, inspecting quality and counts, and maintaining a clean, organized

2nd Shift Production Associate – Full-Time

Pay Rate:

Starting at $22.85 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $23.87 to $28.95 per hour. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

You will begin on 1 st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.

• * 2 nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• *Overtime and Saturdays as needed

The Job You Will Perform:

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner
• Reading factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Consistent quality and count inspection of a product
• Ability to practice great factory housekeeping
