Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift in Riverdale, NJ. Shift runs Monday-Friday, 3:15 PM - 12:30 AM, in a clean room environment with state-of-the-art production facilities.

You will assemble products, inspect components, and use assembly equipment safely while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include maintaining quality, following procedures, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
