Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Production Assembler I for our Wisconsin operations on 2nd shift. You will assemble products per engineering specifications while upholding quality standards and production goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing setting. 2nd shift, temporary-to-hire with potential for permanent employment, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using engineering documents, work instructions, and specifications.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate computer systems to review production schedules and update job status.
• Perform Go/No-Go testing according to procedures.
• Inspect parts and materials throughout assembly to ensure quality.
• Assist in training and supporting team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
