Job summary

Hörmann is seeking a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift at our facility. You will insert foam and packing sections, lift and organize parts, interpret orders, cut insulation and foam, and assemble components for shipping.

The role requires reading a tape measure, standing for long periods, and using hand tools; teamwork and independent work are both essential. The position is full-time, on-site with a 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Thursday), and offers a range of benefits including retirement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Insert foam and packing sections.
• Lift and organize sections.
• Interpret and print orders.
• Cut insulation/foam.
• Insert foam in endcaps/sections.
• Packing, banding and labeling sections.
• Down stack finished product to pallets or carts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Perform tasks of any position on the line as needed.
