Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or factory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills including measurements and tape measure use.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions, drawings, and cut sheets to assemble products.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and hammers.
• Assemble parts and install sub-assemblies into frameworks.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform rework or adjustments as needed.
• Move completed products to the next stage of production.
• Support team operations with additional duties as assigned.
