Franklin Electric Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift General Assembler to join our Madison, WI production team. You will assemble, test, and package products that power critical industries worldwide and help ensure safe, efficient operation of customer equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Operate a variety of assembly workstations and production equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow assembly processes, safety procedures, and operating instructions.
• Report equipment, quality, material, or process concerns to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team objectives and production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
