Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience assembling panels or wire harnesses.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 75% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, program, and test BTS Blinker signs and other products.
• Participate in cell changeovers and solve routine problems.
• Conduct regular audits and support continuous improvement.

Skills

Electronics knowledge (OMS law, AC/DC, Voltage/Amps, solar controls)

Mechanical ability

Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Communication skills (verbal, listening, written)

Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
