  • Ensure machines run quality parts at production rates.
  • Produce quality parts per customer specifications using Hubbell Quality Operating Principles.
  • Calibrate equipment and test equipment; ensure current set-up.
  • Complete daily paperwork including HR x HR charts, counting and packing parts.
  • Maintain safety, quality, production and 5S housekeeping standards.

Job Overview
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assure that their machine is running quality parts at the production rates.
  • Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using the Hubbell Utility Solutions Quality Operating Principles.
A Day In The Life
  • Confirm work-order is correct
  • Confirm all required materials are hands-on
  • Confirm correct set-up of all equipment is current
  • Calibration of all equipment and test equipment is current
  • Confirm finished product meets all quality requirments
  • Complete daily paperwork which includes Hr x Hr charts, counting and packing parts
  • Maintain safety, quality, production and 5(S) housekeeping standards
