Getinge in Wayne, NJ is seeking a manufacturing associate for the 2nd shift to build products and meet production goals. The role emphasizes following defined processes, safety, and quality policies while maintaining records and participating in leadership tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma (or 0–12 months in a medical device environment) and offers exposure to Lean principles and SAP basics where applicable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow processes and has a basic understanding of the technical job duties.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English; comfortable with math.
• Ability to work in a team and learn new tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to safety policies and practices.
• Responsible for quality and adheres to manufacturing process requirements and the Getinge Corporation Quality Policy.
• Builds product by following all processes in which trained and completes other assigned work.
• Maintains accurate records and training files.
• Participate in Shared Leadership tasks as directed.
• Follow Getinge and site policies; attend required training.
• Demonstrate understanding of basic SAP functions, if applicable.
• Maintain training records.
